Hey so I'm in high school and I was born in Mexico, but both my parents are American meaning I should be able to acquire citizenship automatically. But a few years back when we went to go get it they wanted very expensive blood-tests and difficult to obtain documentation, my parents are divorced and they said they wanted some stuff from both sides that I would have a terribly difficult time to get. Now that I'm in high-school I want a job and to be able take dual enrollment classes for college while in high school as well as a driver's license. None of these can be obtained without social security. I am Caucasian and have blue eyes s well as my parents, and we got the impression that they thought that somehow my parent kidnapped me...even though we have a birth certificate. I've already had to forfeit a semester of college classes, I'm hoping someone can present a better solution so I can take the next semester classes. Thanks a ton!

i'm no criminal expert, "fulfillment unlikely", except your loved ones is nicely worth > 4 Mio USD. There seems confusion in some solutions in this web page: often, the GERMANS do no longer show you how to have twin citizenship. (Grund: Gleichheit vor dem Gesetz, da koennten ja a million Mio deutsche Tuerken kommen und das auch haben wollen.) besides, that's why that's stated as "Beibehaltungsgenehmigung". without that, the 2d you grow to be a US citizen, you have forfeited your German passport. (the U. S. does not care. And been like that for a minimum of 15 years.) whilst final I visited the German Consultate on the problem of "Beibehaltungsgenehmigung" they confirmed me a stack of purposes (80 or so). i became advised 70 + of those may well be became down. the U. S. sources tax had provisions which made the distant places "Ehepartner" a US sources 'tax evasion' suspect. no longer lots of a tax in Germany, yet > 30% interior the U. S.. So, why no longer flee to Germany along with you funds, when you consider that no extradition for dying tax from there. IRS desperate, the surving GERMAN Ehepartner could pay the tax on the total sources (i.e. for the two spouses), and due as we communicate whilst significant different passes away. That became why interior the previous few years Germany desperate to permit twin citizenship, so as which you does not fall in that sources tax capture. at present nevertheless the IRS exemption became raised to 2Mio$ in line with significant different (and will advance extra each new year). With that a majority of applicants for twin citizenship can no longer declare undue worry. that's why the above 70+ purposes for Beibehaltung will fall through the way-area. real concern for all, in 2011 (or so) the valuables tax exemption as such would be reviewed. no one knows what happens at such time. I.e. who will administration the IRS, Republicans or Democrats? precis, go and notice a German consulate! they are very knowledgeable, and through no potential the above "Sessel-Furtzer". -- playstation . you will no longer loose your German Social secure practices advantages, once you exchange (vom rechten Glauben) and grow to be a US citizen. yet another treaty "auf Gegenseitigkeit" prevents that.

To get U.S Citizenship, you should go back to Mexico. Since you were born in Mexico, you can't get American Citizenship.
